June 1, 2011 leftover pulled bbq sandwich, litchis, jackfruit, spicky lamb and cumin ‘burger’ and stewed oxtail with hand pulled noodles, popcorn, shake shack shack stack, pint of shackmeister brew, french fries.

June 2, 2011 iced coffee, a corner of cheese and pimento biscuit, sashimi lunch, la durée macarons (caramel au beurre salé, citron, pistache, violet et mûre, flêur d’oranger, chocolat), excuse the french pretentiousness, gemelli pasta with leftover chicken under a brick, wilted arugula, lemon, crème fraiche, parmesean.

June 3, 2011 leftover pulled bbq sandwich (again, but it’s still so delicious!), duck prid khing, chicken green curry, papaya salad, a chilean pinot noir

June 4, 2011 duck rillettes reanimated in some duck fat, poached egg, baby greens in lemon vinaigrette // tomato salad with lemon, tarragon, mustard dressing, boquerones with avocado, butter on tiny cocktail sourdough slices.
